Creating a Small Dictionary for Maximal Diagnosis

We propose a new dictionary called SD-Dictionary. This dictionary consists of the static sub-dictionary and the dynamic sub-dictionary in order to make deteriorated smaller dictionary maintaining the critical information for the diagnostic ability of the dictionary. Experimental results on the ISCAS ’85 benchmark circuits show that the size of the proposed dictionary is substantially reduced, while the dictionary retains most or all of the diagnostic capability of the full dictionary.
